Andershall, Inc. is a fleet operation that the owner, Mr. Brett Marshall has over 20 years of experience in the trucking business. Brett believes that driver satisfaction is the key to a long and successful relationship. With this philosophy as the corner stone for his company and its employees, Brett is always available by phone to discuss any concerns an employee might have. This hands-on approach has worked very well, unlike what you may have experienced with other companies which want to communicate with you via typing into the Qualcom and waiting for a response or being put on hold by a dispatcher. To be considered for hire, one of the first things that will happen is a one on one conversation with the owner to discuss your expectations and long term goals. Andershall, Inc. wants to understand what lanes you would like to run, your family situation, the home time you would like to achieve. All the equipment is assigned, no slip seating, depending upon location you have the opportunity to take the truck home. The company is running all Freightliner equipment, 70" raised roof, double bunk, Detroit power with Jac brake.
