frame rails and cross members. Rear Axle: axle housing, axle
shafts, differential housing, and all internally lubricated parts.

Century class serviceability
Air and electric
lines on the frame. They're installed above the frame rails, bottom
flange after the chassis painted. The airlines are color-coded, and
electrical wires are numbered for easy identification. In addition, all
wires and lines are protected from dirt, salt and moisture, and give a
more finished appearance.
The new support
system for vertical exhaust mounts reduce Center, exhaust noise and is
lighter than the previous system.
New
100,000 psi steel
Allows more
efficient design of structural parts, reducing weight without reducing
strength.
The
chassis air harness
Is designed in such
a way that no connections needed to be opened to swing the air tanks
out-of-the-way. When servicing the transmission or clutch. This
automates the chance of mis-plumbing when they are reconnected, and
prevents dirt from getting into the system from open lines.

Using
a 23 inch diameter fuel tank
Mounted higher on
the frame rail increases ground clearance without sacrificing fuel

radiator resist corrosion and weighs less than copper brass unit. A new
mounting system uses fewer parts to make it even lighter in removal
easier.
Mounted to the
radiator with flexible side to allow for expansion at high temperatures,
the charge air cooler reduces stress on the radiator and air cooler.
Short, straight plumbing increases reliability.
Bolt
on frame extensions
Are eliminated in
favor of continuous frame rail from the back to the front of the truck.
With no holes in the frame flange is after the first 2 feet to rails are
stronger, lighter and more stable.
Towing companies

towing hooks, to minimize front bumper damage. Two fixed hooks are
