Freightliner
Corporation offers a lavish interior
package exclusively for the Classic and
Classic XL - the latest in a series
of new product and service offerings developed in response to the
truck's high popularity among independents.
ASK FOR Shawn BakerThe "Classic Chaparral" interior features
deeply-padded, long-wearing leather or vinyl upholstery on the
seats, plus a rugged "distressed leather" cloth on the walls,
headliner and door panels. The upholstery is available in five color
schemes -- saddle tan, range red, horizon blue, sagebrush silver,
and flint black - with easy-care nylon carpeting color-coordinated
to the chosen upholstery.
Dash, overhead area, upper door panels, and
door handles are now accented in mesa grey. And as a finishing
prestige signature, the seats are stitched with the new Classic XL
emblem.
The new Classic Chaparral package can be
augmented with distinctive extras like rich, rosewood-colored
burl inserts on the dash, and a virtually limitless choice of
handsome cabinet and other storage options for the truck's seven
sleeper box or SleeperCab configurations. As always, Freightliner's
ability to customize the truck, from the instrument panel to the
bunk, is unsurpassed in its flexibility and spirit of cooperation.
With its long bull-nose hood accommodating engines up to 600
horsepower and its cockpit showcasing the best in driver engineering
and craftsmanship, the Classic has long been a top choice of
uncompromising independents.
In fact, Classic customers can choose for
themselves how much they want to mix traditional design with
high-tech amenities, such as the latest communications systems -
just as they can choose the chrome, polish, paint, sleeper
configurations and outboard extras that best appeal to their
individual sense of style and comfort. ASK
